3.1 Deposit Conditions
The mobile banking number or account used to make a deposit must be registered in the user's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions will be rejected.
3.2 Withdrawal Conditions
Account verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawals will always be sent back via the same method used for the deposit. To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met.

Betting Rules
5.1 Rules for Placing Bets
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. It is the user's responsibility to verify all details before placing a bet. 98fb reserves the right to cancel bets accepted in error due to technical faults.
5.2 Cricket Betting
Bets can be placed on various international cricket events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments. The following conditions apply to all cricket bets, including Bangladesh Tigers matches:
- Bets placed before the start of a match will be considered valid.
- If a match is cancelled or rescheduled, bets will be voided and the staked amount will be refunded.
- Results determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method will be considered valid.
- Live betting odds change in real time; the odds at the time of confirmation apply.
5.3 Casino Games
Each game provider's own rules apply to all casino games. If a connection is lost during a game, 98fb will determine the result based on system logs. In the event of abnormal results or payouts due to technical faults, 98fb reserves the right to make a decision after investigation.
5.4 Prohibited Betting Behaviour
- Placing bets using insider information.
- Arbitrage betting through multiple accounts.
- Artificial betting patterns intended to abuse bonuses.
- Placing automated bets using software or bots.
Account Suspension and Closure
In the following circumstances, 98fb may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice:

- Violation of the age requirement.

- Bonus fraud or other fraudulent activity.
- Suspicious transactions that suggest money laundering.

If an account is closed and no violation is proven after investigation, the remaining balance will be returned. If fraudulent activity is proven, all funds will be forfeited.
6.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Intellectual Property and Content
